After over 5 years working in the Economy Class cabin, I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed the Business Class upgrade course and will officially be operating in a premium cabin!
Cabin Crew are always expected to maintain a high level of customer engagement and interaction with Emirates guests, but Business Class takes hospitality in the skies to a whole new level.
Emirates Business Class cabin
Spacious leather seats, a premium dining experience, and award-winning entertainment are just a few of the many features you can look forward to when travelling in Emirates’ Business Class cabin. You can also indulge in the exclusive A380 Onboard Lounge when flying on the Emirates Airbus A380.
For Business Class customers, the journey starts with a complimentary chauffeur-drive service and continues at the airport with dedicated check-in areas, and of course, access to the Business Class airport lounges.

When flying Business Class, you can travel better to and from Dubai International in a BMW 5 Series Touring car. Settle into a leather seat, relax in the spacious interior and let the chauffeur take you where you need to go!

Whether you’re on a short or long-haul flight, you can expect your meals to be served on Royal Doulton fine bone china along with cutlery exclusively made for Emirates by Robert Welch. You can even check out your menu online before your flight by entering your route or flight number.
Fly better with up to 5,000 channels on the award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice! You can also follow your flight’s progress on the moving map, and see the world from 40,000ft with the external cameras. Get weather, news, sports reports, and information about your flight directly on your screen, as well as listen to your music, radio, or podcasts uninterrupted while you explore.

Other onboard amenities that will leave you arriving at your destination refreshed include the exquisite Aqua Pour Homme and Omnia Crystalline collection from Bvlgari. Business Class training
My Business Class course took place at Emirates Aviation College over a total of 5 days. Topics covered included: customer care, hospitality, and image & uniform. At the end of the week, we received a certificate of completion in honour of this accomplishment and celebrated with some sweet treats to mark the occasion.
