April was a crazy month for me! Between flying, a runway show, two commercial shoots, a photoshoot and recovering from barotrauma, I’m thankful that I was able to spend the last week of the month on leave, resting at home with friends and family in Canada.
That being said, May is going to be just as busy. I’ve been rostered 100+ flying hours with only legal days off. Those legal days will be dedicated to my blog and focusing on my health; something I’ve been neglecting as of late.
This is what has inspired my next post that I will be sharing with you next week; the negative side of flying and the challenges Cabin Crew face. Very few people talk about these issues and with so many of you jumping at the opportunity to apply for the recent Emirates Cabin Crew vacancies, I thought this was something I should discuss.
